Values: Fut Pred

In Hausa, tense is a feature of the Auxiliary.

Tense is a feature that specifies the time when the action took / takes / will take place, in relation to a reference point.

Fut: future tense

The default future tense denotes actions that will happen after the moment of producing the sentence, or the reference point of the text.

Pred: predictive tense

In comparison to the default future tense, the predictive future adds an extra illocutionary force on the part of the speaker concerning the reality of the process.
