PronType: pronominal type

PronType is relevant for ADVs, DETs and PRONs in Hungarian. For adverbs, we apply two specific values:

Default denotes “general” adverbs without any specifications.

AdvPart denotes adverbial participles (futva - running).

Treebank Statistics (UD_Hungarian)

This feature is universal. It occurs with 9 different values: Art, Dem, Ind, Int, Neg, Prs, Rcp, Rel, Tot.

7618 tokens (18%) have a non-empty value of PronType. 439 types (3%) occur at least once with a non-empty value of PronType. 203 lemmas (2%) occur at least once with a non-empty value of PronType. The feature is used with 3 part-of-speech tags: hu-pos/DET (5275; 13% instances), hu-pos/PRON (1338; 3% instances), hu-pos/ADV (1005; 2% instances).

DET

5275 hu-pos/DET tokens (100% of all DET tokens) have a non-empty value of PronType.

The most frequent other feature values with which DET and PronType co-occurred: Definite=Def (4870; 92%).

DET tokens may have the following values of PronType:

Paradigm azArtDem
Case=Acc|Number=Sing|Number[psed]=None|Number[psor]=None|Person=3|Person[psor]=Noneazt
Case=Acc|Number=Plur|Number[psed]=None|Number[psor]=None|Person=3|Person[psor]=Noneazokat

PronType seems to be lexical feature of DET. 92% lemmas (34) occur only with one value of PronType.

PRON

1338 hu-pos/PRON tokens (97% of all PRON tokens) have a non-empty value of PronType.

The most frequent other feature values with which PRON and PronType co-occurred: Person=3 (1282; 96%), Number=Sing (1188; 89%), Number[psed]=None (824; 62%), Person[psor]=None (823; 62%), Number[psor]=None (822; 61%).

PRON tokens may have the following values of PronType:

Case=Ade|Number=Plur|Number[psed]=None|Number[psor]=None|Person=1|Person[psor]=Nonenálunk

Case=Sub|Number=Sing|Number[psed]=None|Number[psor]=None|Person=3|Person[psor]=Nonemire
Case=Sub|Number=Sing|Person=3mire

PronType seems to be lexical feature of PRON. 96% lemmas (90) occur only with one value of PronType.

ADV

1005 hu-pos/ADV tokens (32% of all ADV tokens) have a non-empty value of PronType.

ADV tokens may have the following values of PronType:

Paradigm sohaTotNeg
sohasoha

PronType seems to be lexical feature of ADV. 98% lemmas (91) occur only with one value of PronType.

Relations with Agreement in PronType

The 10 most frequent relations where parent and child node agree in PronType: DET –[remnant]–> DET (23; 100%), PRON –[nmod:att]–> PRON (3; 75%), ADV –[conj]–> ADV (2; 67%), PRON –[conj]–> ADV (2; 100%), PRON –[advmod:tfrom]–> ADV (1; 100%), DET –[conj]–> DET (1; 100%), PRON –[conj]–> DET (1; 100%), ADV –[remnant]–> ADV (1; 100%).
