CCONJ: coordinating conjunction
Definition
A coordinating conjunction is a word that links words or larger constituents (even clauses) without syntactically subordinating one to the other and expresses a semantic relationship between them.
The coordinating conjunctions usually depend on the head of the second constituent with the cc relation.
For subordinating conjunctions, see SCONJ.
