obl:tmod: temporal modifier
A temporal modifier is a subtype of the obl relation: if the modifier is specifying time, it is labeled as obl:tmod.
بىر كۈنى ، قەيسەر دادىسى بىلەن تاغقا چىقتى. \n bir küni , qeyser dadisi bilen taghqa chiqti . \n one day , Caesar his-father with mountain climbed .
