neg: negation modifier
The neg label is used for Irish negative verb particles. These particles take the form of:
- ní (present/future/conditional/habitual past and irregular past),
- nach (present/future/conditional/habitual past and irregular past interrogative)
- níor (past)
- nár (past interrogative)
- ná (imperative)
