Treebank Statistics: UD_Chintang-CTNTB: Features: Case

This feature is universal but the values AbsErg, LocCom, LocErg, LocLoc, LocLocErg, LocLocPer, LocPer, LocPerErg, Per, PerErg are language-specific.
