advcl:lcl: locative adverbial clause
A locative clause is a subtype of the advcl relation: if the subordinate clause is specifying a place, it is labeled as lcl.
This is parallel to obl:lmod, which covers temporal modifiers that are realized as nominals,
and advmod:lmod, which covers temporal modifiers that are realized as adverbs.
