Strength: strong or weak form of adjective or participle

Adjectives and participles have so-called strong (indefinite) and weak (definite) inflection.

Note that in other languages, the same phenomenon is annotated using other language-specific features: Variant (Variant=Short is the strong, indefinite form), or even Definiteness.
